With the Exodus of the Hebrews, Moses left Egypt and headed East.  He wished to reach the birthplace of Abraham, which was somewhere in todays Pakistan.  They never crossed the Red Sea; they went around it and fished.   You can be sure that Pharoah received regular reports as to the movement of the Hebrews.  He finally got fed up and sent his men to chase them out of Egypt.  At night there would be a large fire built between the camps for their use.  Every morning was chaos and din.  Pharoahs men kept them moving towards the borders and allowed them to rest at night.  When they reached The Straits of Hormuz, the waters parted and the people crossed over.  This occurred naturally, due to divine prediliction.  It was all in the timing.
When Moses reached the birthplace of Abraham and settled, the people became corrupt and decadent, turning to the sinful ways of the Kama Sutra.  They would not listen to Moses or his divine guidance.
Moses went up a mountain to be alone and chiseled the basic rules of spiritual order, some of which originated in Egypt’s civilization.  Moses chiseled in hierglyphics.  He spent about five hours on the mountain.  When he came down from the mountain, he presented the people with an alternate way of life, one that would bring them closer to the Creator and his natural gifts.
The people wanted to see.  They cried for “sin-eye”, the eye that is opened by “sin”, as we know it, “sex”.  Moses was not having sexual relations.  He stayed pure.  Moses was able to see a lot more by the divine eye of the Creator.  By simply living a pure and good life Moses was able to see great distances, something he wished for everyone.
Those that follwed the way of Moses grew closer to G-d and shared his divine gifts.  Moses took these people away from the “Sin Eye” people, the Kama Sutra, and went West.  G-d enlightened him to the fruitful, rich lands that lay to the West.  He revealed the good nature of the Slavic people who believed in one G-d.  Moses passed from this world by the hand of the Creator filled with love and hope for the people who loved and trusted him.

Just an aside: Sin-eye involves sexual activity and does not give you a full scope.  If you wish to open each other’s spiritual eye then bring each other into each other’s eyes as often as possible.  Eventually you will hit the right combination.  It could be just a passing stranger on the sidewalk; keep trying.  No need for sex(sin) to open eyes.  Once you open them, strengthen them through your own vision.  Spiritual vision comes and goes.  Do not be upset if your eyes close.  They will open again.  There are many combinations; there are many people in your life.  You will not always know who opened your eyes.  When someone does open your eyes without sex, it does not give you license to have sex with them or sin against them.  Stay closer to G-d, do not sin, and you will see eventually.  If you have sinned in this life, then you will have to wait for your next life.  Sin-eye is exciting and coveted, but it is not all encompassing. The temptation is very real and most of mankind thinks it is a natural and normal thing to do.  We have sinned so much since we fell from paradise we don’t realize that sex is truly sin.  Wrongdoing is not sin.  Wrongdoing is something different.  Sin is sex and nothing else!   The most high that created us asked us not to have intercourse, to be a little higher than the rest of creation, but we disobeyed.  Now we are lower than the other creatures.  They are more enlightened than we are.  Someday, maybe, we can regain paradisiacal levels, but right now, highly unlikely.  I am truly sorry that your pleasures are not acceptable for a higher order.  Man rejects many things in this life that are not acceptable behavior.  Well, sin is not acceptable behavior for Almighty G-d’s purposes for us.  He is patient.  He is waiting.  It is not wrong to have sex.  It is man’s choice, but we pay the consequenses and must live beneath our true status.
