Mankind used to live longer than he is today. He was much healthier. He ate the right amount and walked the right amount. Moses lived to be 120. Today we deal with sloth and gluttony, not to mention water and air pollution. However, it seems that we are making progress in the longevity division again. Someday, mankind will live to be 150 years old.

(Most of us fall into the 120 category, although there are people on Earth who have the potential to live to 130)
BOTTOM LINE: WE ARE NOT LIVING CORRECTLY!!!
1) We eat too much
2) We work too hard
3) We don’t sleep enough
4) Sex ages a person very quickly
5) We don’t get enough exercise
6) We don’t stop and enjoy what surrounds us

SEX IS THE SECOND MOST AGING FACTOR IN MANKIND
Sex is truly a habit. The results of such activity have alternative sources. The Supreme highly suggests not to have sex after the age of 46.
